This Privacy Policy was drafted with reference to the type of information commonly covered in ecommerce privacy policies, including the Printify example you provided, but it has been simplified and adjusted for Delulu Tees because Delulu Tees does not currently offer customer accounts, merchant accounts, marketplace seller tools, or additional visitor-tracking plugins.

Payments are processed through WooPayments and its related payment processing services.

Delulu Tees does not intentionally store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our own systems. Payment information is processed by WooPayments according to its own privacy and security practices.

We may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction details, billing information, and order confirmation details, as needed to process orders, issue refunds, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and provide customer support.

3. Shipping Information

We use USPS to ship customer orders.

To fulfill and deliver orders, we may share necessary shipping information with USPS, including your name, shipping address, and other information required to create shipping labels, provide tracking, and complete delivery.

4. Custom Merch Uploads and Photos

If you upload photos, artwork, logos, or other files for a custom merch order, we use those files only for the purpose of reviewing, preparing, producing, and fulfilling the requested custom merchandise.

Uploaded custom merch files are not used for unrelated marketing, resale, or other unrelated purposes without your permission.

Custom merch uploads are stored for 30 days and are then automatically deleted, unless a longer period is required to complete your order, resolve an issue, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or respond to a dispute.

4A. Human Intelligence (H.I.) Image Generator Submissions

Delulu Tees offers a Human Intelligence (H.I.) Image Generator service for entertainment purposes. Through this service, you may submit:

  • Your email address
  • A written image prompt
  • Optional reference images or other uploaded materials

We use this information only as needed to review your request, create the requested image, communicate with you about the request if necessary, and email the completed image to you.

H.I. images are created by a human using Photoshop and may incorporate stock photography, commercially licensed assets, composited elements, and other licensed or permitted materials. Your submitted prompt and reference images are used only in connection with creating and delivering your requested H.I. image, addressing a related issue, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, or resolving a dispute.

We do not sell your email address, prompt, reference images, or other personal information submitted through the H.I. Image Generator.

We do not use an email address submitted through the H.I. Image Generator for unrelated marketing or promotional emails unless you separately choose to sign up for those communications in the future.

Your email address, written image prompt, and any uploaded reference images submitted through the H.I. Image Generator are deleted within 5 calendar days after submission, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, address misuse, respond to a dispute, or protect our rights or business.

You can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. Some website features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

If you provide your email address in connection with an order, quote request, custom merch request, customer service inquiry, or other communication, we may use it to send service-related messages, respond to inquiries, provide quotes, or communicate with you about your order or request.

If you provide your email address through the Human Intelligence (H.I.) Image Generator, we use it only to review and fulfill your request, communicate with you about the request if necessary, and email the completed image to you. Providing an email address through the H.I. Image Generator does not enroll you in marketing communications.

Delulu Tees does not currently offer promotional email marketing, but we may offer it in the future. If we begin sending promotional emails, newsletters, discounts, or marketing updates, you will be able to unsubscribe by following the instructions in the email or by contacting us directly.

We do not sell customer email addresses.

Customers ordering youth apparel, school-related merchandise, team apparel, or other products involving minors should not upload photos or personal information about children unless they have the legal right to do so.

Users of the Human Intelligence (H.I.) Image Generator should not submit reference images or personal information concerning a child unless they have the legal right to provide that information and authorize its use for the requested image.
